In the area of execution of works, Martín y Cuadrado SL develops construction projects in different sectors maintaining a development strongly linked to the Environment and the sustainable development of resources as the main objective. Offering a total coverage of the project: 

  - Elaboration of the project.

  - Exploitation of infrastructure. 
  - Maintenance

Martín y Cuadrado SL executes all kinds of civil works projects: road and road paving, construction of buildings, industrial warehouses or livestock facilities and above all, hydraulic projects such as supplies, sanitation, channeling, Wastewater Treatment Plants (WWTP) and Drinking Water Treatment Stations (ETAP).

Hydraulics

Martín y Cuadrado SL  is well positioned in hydraulic work sector in Extremadura. The Company can design, built and exploit water infrastructure projects. Over the years, the company has developed several construction projects in order to treat and provide water, like water supply, drainage, river channelization, Waste Water Treatment Plant or Potable Water Treatment Plant.

We create and improve systems of water supply networks facilitating the development of urban centers providing them with basic services.


These are some of our project:


  • New water collecting for Cuacos de Yuste and improvement of the existing water collecting to supply Viandar de la Vera (Cáceres) and Tejada de Tiétar (Cáceres).
  • Water supply system to Montehermoso (Cáceres) from Community San Marcos (Cáceres).
  • Improvement and modernization of water supply system of Community Las Tres Torres (Cáceres).
  • Water supply system of Coria (Cáceres).
  • Water supply system of Arroyo de la Luz (Cáceres).

One of our main activities is the sewerage. The creation of sewerage systems allows to evacuate waste water that is a fundamental task to improve the basic services for population centers.


Martin & Cuadrado S.L. has taken part in this development with some projects:


  • Sewerage system in Coria (Cáceres).
  • Sewerage system in Majadas de Tiétar (Cáceres).
  • Extension of waste water emissary in Los Santos de Maimona (Cáceres).
  • Sewerage system in Fuente del Maestre (Badajoz).
  • Sewer in Puebla de Argeme (Cáceres).
  • Sewerage system in Torrejoncillo (Cáceres).

Waste Water Treatment Plant

Martin & Cuadrado S.L. has ever bet in systems which reduce to appropriate levels the waste water spill in order to get a minimum environmental impact to our rivers.


These are some of our projects:


  • Waste Water Treatment Plant and Sewers in Rosalejo (Cáceres).
  • Waste Water Treatment Plant in Monterubio de la Serena (Badajoz).
  • Waste Water Treatment Plant in Medellín (Badajoz).
  • Waste Water Treatment Plant and Sewers in Quintana de la Serena (Badajoz).
  • Waste Water treatment Plant in Montehermoso (Cáceres).

The water supply needs a previous water treatment in order to provide minimum levels of quality.


These projects have been developed by the company:


  • Improvement of Potable Water Treatment Plant in Community San Marcos (Cáceres).
  • Potable Water Treatment Plant and sewerage system in Community Las Tres Torres (Cáceres).

Giving the most modern irrigation system to our fields is fundamental for the development of the sector and the competitive improvement of agricultural products. It entails channelizing water flows to the places where the water will be used.


Martin & Cuadrado S.L. has participated with Organism and Watering Communities in this development:


  • Improvement of irrigation systems at irrigation fields to Irrigation Association of Left bank of river Alagón (Cáceres).
  • Channelization in Campillo de Llerena (Badajoz).
  • Improvement of irrigation systems at irrigation fields to Irrigation Association of Right bank of river Alagón (Cáceres).
  • Improvement of channelization in Villafranca de los Barros (Badajoz).

Roads and roads

Martín y Cuadrado SL  develops roads projects as well. Furthermore of construction, the company manages conservation and maintenance of these infrastructures. Between the works managed, we could list:

  • Improvement in Secondary road. Finishing of beltway in Villafranca de los Barros (Badajoz).
  • Improvement and finishing of highway access in Villafranca de los Barros (Badajoz).
  • Project of surfacing and extending the street Gravina in Villafranca de los Barros (Badajoz).
  • Surfacing with paving stone in Los Santos de Maimona (Badajoz).

Urbanizations

Martín y Cuadrado SL has developed several urbanization projects in order to give to these places the necessary urban services for improving or creating facilities. These are some:

  • Urbanization of Industrial park in Casatejada (Cáceres).
  • Urbanization of industrial park in La Cañada de Moraleja (Cáceres).
  • First phase of the urbanization project of UE1 inside S-3 in Villafranca de los Barros (Badajoz).
  • Urbanization UA-3, UA-4 and UA-5 in Valdebotoa (Badajoz).

Buildings

The construction and promotion of buildings is another activity for the company. Covering works from building metal structures sets to industrial, sports or agricultural use to working building or urban buildings.

The metal structure buildings serve for different uses like agricultural, sports or industrial. The company has managed:


  • Civil work of industrial bay and drying building for cereals in Coria (Cáceres).
  • Improvement and covering sports field in Torrejoncillo (Cáceres).
  • Sports installations in Aldeanueva de la Vera (Cáceres).
  • Industrial bay for storage of recovery products in Eco-park in Mirabel (Cáceres).
  • Building of covering spaces, industrial bay, shed and various buildings in Valle del Alagón (Cáceres).
  • Building of industrial bay inside project of extending of homogenization center of calves in Coria (Cáceres).

The promotion of buildings is not the principal activity of the company, so it considered as an additional line in the company activity.


  • Renovation of 6 building in Moraleja (Cáceres).
  • Construction of children education and elementary center in Guijo de Granadilla (Cáceres).
  • Promotion of building in Torrejoncillo (Cáceres).

Services

Martin y Cuadrado SL is State-Certificate Contractor in service sector as well. This gives better capacity in its compromise with Public Administration. So the company can offer construction, operation, conservation and maintenance of:

01 Water supply & sewerage

We provide conservation and maintenance services to Public and Private Organizations advising and carrying out the necessary actions for their correct operation in order to maintain them in optimal conditions during their useful life.

02 Roads

The company manages conservation and maintenance works of roads, contributing to user security and the maintenance of the roads during their live span.
